·  SORRY, WE DO NOT OFFER MOTORHOMES IN OUR 2012 RENTAL FLEET
·  $250.00 booking deposit is required on all rentals - All deposits are non-refundable
·  The final amount of the rental must be paid in full by the time of departure with a security
   deposit of $3000.00 on a valid, personal credit card and driver's license.
·  Insurance deductible is for accidents with a police report. The renter is responsible for
   willful damage or neglect. All prices include insurance ($3000.00 deductible) - (can buy
   deductible down to $1500.00 for $10.00 per day, $1000.00 for $15.00 per day,
   and $250.00 for $20.00 per day on trailers and 5th wheels).
·  Glass damage is not covered by our deductible
·  Security deposits will be refunded upon return of a clean and undamaged unit
·  All units must be returned at the time specified by the rental agent
·  Failure to return on time may result in a fine of one week rental charge
·  Renter must book for seven (7) days or more to pre-book & reserve a rental unit
· Rentals of less than seven (7) days (Short Term) can be booked by calling for availability
. Short Term rentals can only be booked on a last minute basis or unless rental calendar
   shows less than a one week availability
. Surcharge for rentals 4 days or less is an additional $30.00 per day plus GST for trailers
   and 5th wheels
.  Hitch rental is $5.00 per day up to the maximum of $75.00
·  Travel to Mexico is prohibited
.  Extensive gravel road traveling is not permitted
·  Uncle Ben's RV retains the right to refuse any rental customer
·  Pick-up time is between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and drop off time is by 11:00 am
·  No Saturday or Sunday pick-up; drop-offs or deliveries without prior authorization
·  The minimum age requirement for renting is 21 years of age
·  There is no smoking and no pets allowed in any Uncle Ben's RV rental units
.  Units must be returned in clean condition inside and outside.
The following charges will apply if not returned as stated:
·  Dumping of holding tanks: $35.00
·  Outside Clean: $75.00
·  Inside Clean: $100.00
Most rental units come equipped with:
·  Fridge, furnace and microwave
·  Hot water and shower
·  Roof air conditioning
·  Stabilizer jacks
·  Solar panel system to replenish battery power
·  Water pressure regulator
·  Power cord adaptor
·  Toilet chemical
·  All units with awnings: awnings are secured, use at your own risk of damaging awning
 
Renter should supply all dishes; bedding; camping equipment; garden hose to fill water tank and an
extension cord for power.
The tow vehicle must be equipped with the proper seven-pin plug, wiring and electronic brake control.
Hitch ball size is 2 - 5/16 inch and is 22 inches from the ground to top of ball to tow level.
Fifth wheel units all have the king pin style of hitch.
Please call one or two days in advance to arrange a specific pick-up time.
